1. Our goal is to maintain a show of high quality, handmade arts and crafts.  We do not allow manufactured, direct sales or resale items.

2. Starting in 2024, we will allow sale of packaged, homemade food items that meet the labeling and certification requirements of the Indiana State policy for Home Based Vendors. 

3. Given the additional testing required, we will not allow sales of any dehydrated or freeze-dried fruits.  Sale of mushrooms is also prohibited.   

4. All home based vendors are required to obtain a food handler certificate from a certificate issuer that is accredited by the ANSI. The home-based vendor must display a copy of the certificate during ths show.

5. We reserve the right to reject any unsuitable or manufactured items, vendors will be asked to remove them from your display and may be refused future shows.

3. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, table coverings, chairs, cash and change. All booth spaces are 5' by 15'.

4. Vendors are responsible for collecting their own cash and tax (charge tax as you deem appropriate for your business).

5. Partial refunds will only be given if we are able to re-sell your booth(s).  There will be a small fee to cover our electronic booking costs when processing refunds.  A vendor may not sell, assign, or give their space to any other person.

6. Booths should be attended during all show hours. Early departing exhibitors will be refused for future shows.

7. Vendors should post booth numbers on the table, no tape or glue allowed on walls.

8. Vendors must report to the north-side cafeteria entrance (Entrance B1) to check in on arrival. After unloading vehicles must move vehicle(s) away from the north parking lot, as directed by show staff to allow access for customers.

9. Vendors are allowed to eat food and beverages in their booth, lunch can be ordered form the Harvest Café and delivered to the booth. No smoking at any time in the building.

10. Vendors can sign up at the check-in desk to schedule a volunteer to relieve you for lunch or bathroom breaks.

11. It is suggested that small children not accompany vendors unless they are actively assisting at the booth. Space is limited.

Harrison High School is not liable or responsible for any accident or injuries incurred at, or on, the premises of Harrison High School.  We are not responsible for lost, missing, damaged or stolen items.  Students voluntarily assist in unloading/loading and are not responsible for damage.
