Thank you for your interest in the Harrison Band Craft Show. Our vendor booths will be available for returning vendors to purchase on-line through our SimpleTix site soon, we are in the process of getting vendor email lists updated, so please check back here and in your email for more instructions. Please email craftshow@harrisonbandboosters.org with questions or concerns. Our volunteers took the winter off, but are working through our backlog of messages!
Booth Locations
Also new this year, we are introducing tiered pricing. Our most popular spots are a little bit more, but many existing sites have actually dropped in price!
Booths are available in SIX zones (see below for close up maps). Prices are for non-electric/electric access:
Cafeteria (00's) - $55 / $60
Entrance hallway (100's) - $55 / $60
Commons (200's) - $55 / $60
North hallways (300's) - $50 / $55
South hallways (400's) - $45 / $50
A great hit last year - The K wing with 35 vendor booths, bathroom access and carpet (500's) - $45 / $50
All booths are 15 ft wide by 5 ft deep. Need more space? Get two, with a $10 discount.
VENDOR RULES AND REGULATIONS, PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE SUBMITTING APPLICATION! Please note that we are reviewing our food item policy, and will include updated information here before booths go on sale. At a minimum we will require all vendors to follow Indiana State policy for Home Based Vendors.
Applications and/or checks that are not filled out completely will NOT be accepted. Vendor will be notified and must reapply.
We reserve the right to reject any unsuitable or manufactured items, vendors will be asked to remove them from your display and may be refused future shows. No manufactured items (including manufactured ornaments, books, purses, etc.), resale products, imports, food, or flea market items. HANDMADE CRAFTS ONLY!
HHS student booths and approved fundraising booths are the only ones allowed to sell food.
Vendors are responsible for bringing your own tables, table coverings, chairs, cash and change.
Vendors are responsible for collecting their own cash and tax (charge tax as you deem appropriate for your business).
Refunds will only be given if we are forced to cancel the show. A vendor may not sell, assign, or give their space to any other person.
Booths should be attended during all show hours. Early departing exhibitors will be refused for future shows.
Vendors should post booth numbers on the table, no tape or glue allowed on walls.
Vendors must report to the north-side at the Cafeteria (Entrance B1) to check in on arrival. After unloading vehicles must move vehicle(s) as directed by show staff to allow access for customers.
Vendors are allowed to eat food and beverages in their booth, lunch can be ordered form the Harvest Café and delivered to the booth. No smoking at any time in the building.
Vendors can sign up at the check-in desk to schedule a volunteer to relieve you for lunch or bathroom breaks.
It is suggested that small children not accompany vendors unless they are actively assisting at the booth. Space is limited.
Harrison High School is not liable or responsible for any accident or injuries incurred at, or on, the premises of Harrison High School. We are not responsible for lost, missing, damaged or stolen items. Students voluntarily assist in unloading/loading and are not responsible for damage.
